Welcome Reception
Monday 16 September in the Exhibition Area, Hall 1A and 1B at the Cape Town International Convention Centre
Arrival time 18:30
The Welcome Reception will take place directly after the first day of the conference in the Exhibition Area, Hall 1A and 1B at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. It is a chance to catch-up with colleagues, meet new people, make connections and discuss the days sessions, testing ideas and finding new insights.
Arrival at reception is between 18:30.
Dress: Conference Wear
Each attendee will be provided with two drinks vouchers at registration.
Thereafter there will be a cash bar.
GALA Dinner

Tuesday 17 September in the Ballroom at the Cape Town International Convention Centre
Arrival time between 19:30 and 20:00
The Gala Dinner will be held at the Ballroom at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. With Table Mountain as a beautiful back-drop while having dinner with fellow delegates and friends, this Social Event should not be missed!
Arrival at the dinner is between 19:30 and 20:00. Guests are asked to be seated by 20:00 when dinner will commence.
Dress: Formal / Traditional
As attendees arrive, they will be offered a welcome drink.
Each attendee will be provided with two drinks vouchers at registration.
Thereafter there will be a cash bar
Transport to the event will not be provided as all the conference hotels are within walking distance of the Cape Town international Convention Centre. This is part of the conference’s sustainability programme.
Accompanying Persons Programme
The congress welcomes all accompanying persons and has made provision to ensure they feel part of
the event. Accompanying persons are requested to register as a participant and not as an add on to
their accompanying delegates registration.

Payment
Payment is required prior to 7 September 2024. All unpaid registrations or registrations not guaranteed with a Purchase Order will be cancelled on 7 September 2024.
Once you have your registration review and have printed a copy thereof, please select the payment tab on the online invoice. You will then be given the option to choose a Credit Card Payment or close.
If you choose the Credit Card option you will be transferred to a secure payment portal.
Should you choose close you will have then concluded the registration process. Kindly make payment within 7 days of registration and send proof thereof to organiser@iswa2024.org.
Failure to send proof of payment may result in your registration not being secured. PLEASE USE YOUR REGISTRATION INVOICE NUMBER AS A REFERENCE, NOT YOUR NAME AS THERE MAY BE DUPLICATE NAMES.
Confirmation
For your records you will be able to access your invoice online once you have registered. Should you not be able to please contact organiser@iswa2024.org immediately as your registration may not have been successful. Kindly note this confirms receipt of your registration only. Your registration is only secured once we have received payment or a purchase order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates are advised of the No Refund Policy for all cancellations for this conference. Delegates who are no longer able to attend may organise for replacement by another, however all detail regarding changes in the delegates registered must be received in writing and must be addressed to The Conference Secretariat, ISWA2024 at organiser@iswa2024.org 7 days prior to the commencement of conference. Non-attendance of the delegate without any written notification for replacement with another will be treated as a cancellation and the replacement will not be admitted.
Responsibility
By registering, the attendee agrees, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes.
